Tell your doctor immediately if during treatment you suffer from:
- gradual onset of numbness, prickling or tingling in your feet or hands, which can spread upward into your legs and arms, sharp, jabbing, throbbing or burning pain, extreme sensitivity to touch as these may be signs of peripheral neuropathy which refers to the conditions that result when nerves that carry messages to and from the brain and spinal cord from and to the rest of the body are damaged or diseased.
